Harry Edward Styles is an English singer, songwriter and musician from England. He was one of the members of One Direction. He is the father of Des Styles (father) and Anne Cox, Harry Styles was born February 1, 1994, in Holmes Chapel. Harry Styles attended the Holmes Chapel Comprehensive school where together with three students, he formed his musical group, White Eskimo. White Eskimo won 2009's Battle of Bands thanks to their excellent performance. Even though he had always had an interest in the music world however, despite his love for it he wanted also to be a lawyer or physical therapist. When he worked in the city's pastry shop Harry Styles managed to provide for his family. Harry Styles performed Is not She Lovely (Stevie Wonder) at the auditions of 2010 to The X Factor. The reason for this is that his band was split. Nicole Scherzinger, the jury participant of The X Factor suggested Harry Styles be part of a group called One Direction with Liam Payne Zayn Mlik Niall Horan Louis Tomlinson and Liam Payne. The formation of the group took place in the year 2010, and the five young people were funded by Simon Cowell. They performed The Kelly Clarkson song My Life Would be Sucking Without You along with Bonnie Tyler Total Eclipse of the Heart. In consequence, they were one of the finalist. The band was in the third position just behind Rebecca Ferguson and Matt Cardle, who took home the prize. Harry Styles did not receive an award, but Cowell offered a 2-million-pound deal with One Direction in order for the group to join Syco Records.
